Our Boxing Course Delivered at Fitness First Carindale!

Word about our gym’s popular Boxing Confidence for Trainers course has spread throughout Brisbane – we’ve just finished delivering the boxing course to the team at Carindale Fitness First. Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist, Joseph Goodall (who also frequents our gym and is part of our Elite Athletes group), also helped train.
