Personal and group training
Jeff Horn and Dundee Kim enjoyed a public training session in Brisbane city the other day. Thanks to everyone who came and supported this session, and to Head Coach Glenn Rushton.
We had a great time sharing some of Managing Director Dundee Kim’s training and boxing techniques to Fitness First and Goodlife Trainers. It was also great to further increase the skills of our newest trainers, Dexter and Ryan! Hope you enjoyed your session!
