Dundee Kim recently showed his support for the Yeronga community by offering free boxing lessons to a local woman who was robbed at knifepoint.
The middle-aged worker was robbed by four men at the Yeronga Night Owl last week, three of whom had knives. This incident shook the Yeronga community, and the woman was met with an immediate display of support from her customers, friends and our very own Dundee Kim, who has offered her $300 worth of boxing lessons for free.
According to Dundee, “It’s not so she can take on someone with a knife. It’s to help her confidence… It’s also to show her there are good people in the world, not just bad.”
